HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

Making a purchase is easy. Wherever you see a product you can shop it: simply select your size and click “Add to Cart”. Your chosen item will appear in your shopping bag at the top right; as you continue to browse you can hover over or click the bag to view the mini bag at any time. When you’re ready to place your order, select Checkout from the mini bag and follow the prompts to complete our one-step checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS IN STOCK?

Most items shown are in stock. When you roll over a product, you’ll see size availability immediately. If a size can’t be added to the cart on the product page, that size is out of stock. Items not yet in stock may be marked “Coming Soon.” Let us know you’re interested by emailing support@pawovy.com.

IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE AT pawovy.com?

We work hard to ensure your purchase is safe and secure. For your protection, all orders go through a rigorous fraud-checking process.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

After you place your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Your items will be shipped once your payment is approved and your delivery address is verified.

Attention: please ensure your account email is correct so you can receive the order confirmation (including order number, order time, and payment method).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You have up to 30 days to return an item. For full details on the returns process, see our Refund Policy.

DO I HAVE TO PAY DUTY AND IMPORT CHARGES?

To assist customers, items are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis and all prices shown include the relevant import taxes and duties.

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

We consider all information you share with us to be private and confidential. We will not share, rent, or sell your personal information without your consent. For details, please read the Terms of Service.

To register, we ask for your name and email and may use these details to inform you of new goods and services via email. To process online credit-card orders we also require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, card number and expiration date. We only use this information to process your order and update you on delivery. pawovy.com does not store your billing or card details on the website.

Navigational information is used internally to improve site performance and usability and is not shared with outside parties.
